Comment: This is a wonderful site, for the Women in the Military to correspond with each other. I served from 1959 through 1961 in the U.S. Women's Army Corp. I took basic training at Ft McClellan, AL. from Nov. 1959 through Jan. 1960. I was sent to Ft Sam Houston, TX. until May of 1960. I then transferred to Ft Sill, OK. until my Honorable Discharge in 1961. I met many wonderful young ladies and made many friends. It can be the experience of a lifetime!!! GO ARMY!!!

AND TOLD ME EITHER I PUT MY SON FOR ADAPTION, GIVE HIM TO MY PARENTS FOR GUARDIANSHIP WHICH I HAVE TO PAY THE PROBATE $600, OR GET MARRIED. i'M NOT A FOOL DOING THIS KIND NON SENSE. BUT ON THE OTHER HAND THE NAVY NEVER GIVEN ME ANY RUNAROUND. WHY IS THE ARMY RULING IS SO DIFFICULT THAN THE NAVY?
