Comment: This is a great site. I have been trying to find my old friend that I was in the Navy with. Her name is Gloria Jean (Cochran) Clark. Her nickname is Corky. We were stationed at Qtrs. K , Arlington, Virginia. I was there from 1960 until June 1962. I married Ed Yost SK3 and Corky and her later to be husband Joseph B. Clark (JB) stood up for us when were married in Bowie Maryland. JB was from Bowie and Corky was from Oil City or Franklin, PA. I last heard from them in the 70's and JB was a CPO, stationed in Philidelphia,PA. If anyone knows where they are please let us know. I would love to hear from them. Ed and I worked at Anacostia Naval Station, in the Supply Dept. and payroll, Ed drove the tractor/trailer for clothing and small stores, if anyone remembers us please mail us. Thanks and GO NAVY!!!!

Comment: Monday being Memorial day i thought it would be a good day to check on the site and see if any of my friends are reading this at this time. i went thru basic at pi south carolina in july and august of 1960and on to san diego to serve about 14 mos i came home and married after 10 months and got an early discharge after that. anyone remember me. Enjoyed it while there but I like married life better.
