We have an office opening up in South Palm Beach County.

The selected candidate will play a key role supporting the director with multiple administrative duties.

The requirements would be someone with demonstrated and strong administrative support and management skills.

Candidates must be extremely sharp with strong technical skills (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel) as well as extremely detail-oriented. This assistant must be very organized and a quick learner.

Job responsibilities will include administration duties, research, consultation and providing assistance on all issues concerning women and the military. There is an overwhelming need for our services right now!

Must have:
Military knowledge with women in the military
Positive attitude/great personality (drama-free)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Responsible/punctual and self sufficient
Minimum basic computer skills, web skills a plus
Clean criminal history
Reliable transportation
Desire to help people
Strong work ethic and drive to be successful
Language: English (primary language)

The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast pace environment.
