What are the physical requirements for women, age 25 potential enlistee, @ MEPS?Why do you think it necessary for women to undergo GYN exam @MEPS?Do men undergo rectal exams as well?

before and during your tour in the Navy you are required to be in good physical condition, this includes being free and clear of any female problems as well.**yes men do get a rectal exam.**every 5 years in the Navy you are required to have a complete medical exam which includes a GYN exam.**

When I was at the MEPS in May, they deferred our pelvic exams.**I don't know why, but my recruiter and everybody told me that there would be one, but all they did were breast exams.**I think the doctor just looked at me to make sure I was female in the right places.**I have no idea if they don't do them during processing now, or if my day was an exception.**At any rate, I didn't complain!
