To All Navy Women,
Captain Winifred Quick Collins,USN, the fifth Director of the WAVES from 1957 to 1962 passed away on May 5, 1999. She will be laid to rest in Arlington National Cemetary on May 25, 1999 following her funeral service in the Ft. Meyers Chapel at one o'clock in the afternoon.
