Miltary identification centers

I have a child whose father is in the Navy (active duty). I need to know where the nearest place would be to get her military identification renewed. I live in Pennsylvania. She needs this identification for insurance purposes. I have to to the base in Pittsburgh in the past, but I would like to know if there is any place closer where I could get this done. Thank you for any information you could give me. Even a website with a listing of centers would be helpful.

: You didn't say where in PA you are from, but I am originally from the Stroudsburg area and Iknow that you may be able to try Indiantown Gap it is an Army Depot. There is also Willow Grove, a Navy Reserve Base down towards Phillidelphia. Or you could try Dover Air Force Base in Dover, DE. Good Luck. Hope one of these helped you some. All else fails, call the Tricare number and maybe they can refer you to the nearest place.
