How Thorough is Thorough?

Hi all. I think I'm going to MEPS soon. They say they will do a thorough physical exam there. I've never had a physical exam before. Will it include a dental check-up? I know I have a cavity, been meaning to hit the dentist's office and get it fixed, should I do that before I go to MEPS and get this physical? I need to know as soon as possible, I go back in to set up a time to go to MEPS on Monday!

Hi Lena: The cavity may or may not show up. Basically they want to know if your body is fit for the physical training you are bound for. Dental is not a big thing at MEPS; however, I would take care of it before you go to physical training. You may feel uncomfortable if the pain reoccurs while you are there.
