To any current or former sergeant instructor at OCS:**Please send me any information regarding the OCS program for women.**I am a sergeant in the Marine Reserve who will apply for a commissioning program soon.**I am not assuming that I will be accepted, but I do want to be prepared if I am.**Particular questions are: (1)**What are some of the similarities and differences between boot camp and OCS? (2)**How are the billets assigned?**(3) If you were a future candidate, how would you prepare for OCS?**(4) What are some of the qualities of an impressive candidate and future officer?
