my MOS

Ok heres the deal. I am enlisted in the USMC DEP. I am about to have crash fire rescue added to my contract as my MOS. BUT... as of 3 days ago I found another MOS that interests me alot. Elisted air crewman. I am seriously considering switching to this MOS and dropping crash fire rescue. My recruiter says go for it, but I really want advice from a female Marine on wich one is "better". Someone please hook me up with some help ASAP. Thanks... Emily McNamara

Emily McNamaraEmily, if money could possibly sway your decission making in the future, find out which one of these MOS's has a re-enlistment bonus.**Or an ENLISTMENT bonus right now!**Which MOS can you carry over to a civilian job, should also be a consideration.**If you truely intend to stay in for life, then you could flip a coin, because you will have the time to train in both areas.**Good Luck, and congratulations on your terrific MOS's you have to choose from!Barbara Conover
