It really depends on how bad the astigmatism is, and how easily it is corrected to 20/20. I too have slight astigmatism in my right eye. I managed to pass vision requirements though, so I'd take the chance if I were you. And then, there are always those vision waivers, if you eyesight is still pretty good. Talk to your recruiter. Chances are you won't be able to tell til you go to MEPS and get your physical. The good thing about it is that the vision test comes first, so if they say no way at least you won't have been there all day.
