I'm almost done with a two year degree from ITT Tech I'm In the Multimedia program. I have found out that I don't want to go into the field that my degree will be in and have been thinking about joining the Marines. I just don't want to have to join as an enlisted. With the degree that I will have will I be able to join as on officer?

No, you need a full four year Bachelors degree. I too, have a 2 year degree in multimedia and looked into going officer a few years back. You'll need to turn it into a 4 year degree in *something* to be eligible.
Go to the Marine officer website to find an OSO (Officer Selection Officer) near you who can help you with some options: http://www.marines.com/officer_programs/default.asp

That is not entirely true, you can enlist in the Marine Corps, and then after either one or two years at your first duty station, you can apply for the Meritorious Commissioning Program (MCP) or The Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program (MECEP). There are certain requirements, and you will have to go back to school to finish your degree. Go to www.usmc.mil/directiv.nsf/82001916d226893285256d12004936dd/fafd940586ee59618525677c006bfe0e?OpenDocument9(tha t is the MECEP Link)
Being enlisted first, will certainly make you a more well rounded officer. You should talk to and enlisted recruiter as well as an officer recruiter, try www.marines.com
