Harrassement in the Military

I am doing a thesis report on Harrassement in the military. I would appreciate any information of either personal experience,knowledge or opinion from both sexes.**If you do not feel comfortableleaving your name do not do so, I am primarily looking for opinionsand evidence that harrassement does or does not find itself withinmilitary units.
