I have done research on this issue on the net and have found several emails where women were looking for info on this topic.I have served for 13 years in the CF with women peers, subordinates and superiors.I also have a BA (Hon) in Applied Military Psychology.**I have done a fairly extensive personal research initiative on this topic.I am open to discussion with anyone who wishes to discuss the topic.
