I read an article recently about ongoing problems with health/medical claims not being covered through the CHAMPUS/TRICARE Health Insurance program. Does anyone have any feedback on whether this is an ongoing problem or has TRICARE solved these issues? I work for Insurexchange.com which provides personal insurance solutions for Active and Retired Military personnel and their families. I would like to hear directly from consumers on whether or not they feel CHAMPUS/TRICARE has been fair to them.
