SP's

I am looking for any information on officers that are security police in the Air Force. I am interested in trying to become an SP once I finish ROTC. My main questions are what do the officers end up doing, and I have heard it is harder for a female to be an SP officer is that true. Also are there any jobs other than SP that any one would recommend. I am really interested in law enforcment. ThanksLiz
