First of all, let me say this site has helped me a lot already. Okay, I am not quite twenty two and will be graduating in May with a BA in English Lit/ minor in Spanish. I am really interested in joining the military for so many reasons. Several of my friends and family have and are currently serving in all branches so I know that I feel comfortable in the military environment. Basically I guess I am just looking for some more pros and cons to consider, maybe some things I should know and think about before joining. I know that I want to pursue a Masters degree down the road but I also really want to see some other parts of the world while I'm young. I guess I'm sort of hesitatant speaking with a recruiter yet, I don't want to be persuaded too quickly. Is there anyone you would recommend I speak with before choosing a branch?
