Hi. I have one of those last names that isn't pronounced like it looks. My question is, when I am at basic and one of the TI's or someone else mispronounces it, how should I go about correcting them, or should I at all?

Actually most if they have trouble or think they will have trouble pronouncing your name will ask. If they don't it is ok to correct them with the correct pronounciation however it does not mean they won't "butcher" it on purpose :-)anyways.
