Mentoring Program

Currently I am stationed over in Stuttgart, Germany serving a 3 year tour. I am part of the Quality of Life Program and currently we are involved with developing a program that will offer SNCO (army) the opportunity to mentor and train junior enlisted service members and young NCO's.
