Behavioral Scientist?

I have a BS in Psychology and Sociology and an MS in Agency Counseling. I am considering joining the Air Force, and my recruiter has suggested "behavioral scientist". I am curious as to what the field would be like in the Air Force, and I can't seem to find anyone who knows. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
