I have been trying to find out how I would have to score in order to get into the Air Force? I canīt find basic information like that on the internet. Also, what is my weight standard. I am 5ī5. Any help is being appreciated.

There are 10 ASVAB test subjects comprising 334 items. Two tests are speeded while the remaining eight are power tests. Total time required to complete the exams is usually about three hours. Scores are reported on the 10 tests individually, plus in three academic composites addressing verbal ability, math ability and academic ability (http://education.airforce.com/enlisted/index.html)

The ASVAB is an aptitude test. The best you can do is get the ASVAB book at the library and bookstore to learn how to answer the questions and what type of questions will be on there. The ASVAB asssits both you and the TSgt at MEPS with guidance on what AFSC to choose and commit to. Every AFSC has an ASVAB test score requirement so that if you dont test up that high, you cant really have the job..get it?

As for the weight requirement. 106-150lbs http://www.rensselaer.edu/dept/afrotc/www/cadets/documents/F98-cadet-guide.html

I just put in height and weight requirements for the air force as a search term. .. and this is one of the sites that came up.. its a ROTC page for Rensselaer College..

please refer to www.af.mil as resource for questions.
