I am a professor Columbia College at Chicago, interested in doing a research about the role of women in the US military service as soldiers.
Where can I go to start my research and who I should contact? Do you know of women veterans or combatants who would be willing to talk to me. The focus of my research is the training and fighting in the war zone and the different positions that women have achieved in the military especially in the recent wars after 9/11.
