I am currently conducting a research study targeted at Enlisted Marines (both male and female). It is called Enlisted Evaluations of Military Officers. If you are an ACTIVE DUTY ENLISTED Marine and are interested in participating, please visit www.simonarndt.com/leadership. The study is not affliated with the military and all responses are anonymous. The literature indicates that it is the first study to examine enlisted perceptions of leadership among officers.
