I am very interested in going into the AF and being a linguist, but I have gone to court twice for Insufficient Funds violations, will that make me ineligible for a intelligence job?

Quite Possibly! You will require an FED, what we call a financial eligibility determination, waiver. Any waivers will change your SJC code. Your SJC code tells us whether you will be eligibile for sensitive jobs. I don't think you will make it into Intel with a waiver. Ask a local recruiter to confirm. I am a retired recruiter.
