Enlistment to OCS

I am a mechanical engineer graduated this past May 2, 1998. I have already enlisted into the army and I am joining as E4 and I am also leaving for basic training to Ft Jackson June 18, 1998. The only problem I have right now is that I am not a citizen of the united States yet. I am wondering if I will be able to get my naturalization paper in the army so that I can go to OCS.
