Cadet Paulson --I am not a chaplain, but know of a few women who are.**Some are no longer stationed with me but I know of at least one at Fort Hood (where I'm at) and I will try to find her and send her your email address.J Lemire: Hello.**My name is Kristy Paulson.**I am 18 in the Army National Guard as well as a first year ROTC cadet.**I am thinking about becomin a Chaplain after college and seminary and going Regular Army.**Are there any female Chaplains out there that can kindof tell me what to expect and what it is like.**Either post a message or email me at kpaulson@hotmail.com or kpaul916@uwsp.edu**ThanksCadet SSG Paulson

Kristy, I'm a female chaplain at Ft. Hood.**I'm not the one the LTC knows.**This is my first term as a chaplain in the ARMY.**I'm a battalion chaplain to a UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter unit.**Prior to active duty I served in the chaplain candidate program while I attended seminary.**You will probably want to do the same.**You are able to attend the Chaplain Officer Basic Course while in seminary and able to do short 45 day tours once a year.**E-mail me directly if you want more info.**I really enjoy being a chaplain. It truly has to be a calling from God.**May God bless you in your journey in serving Him.**CH (CPT) Paige Heard, 2-4 AVN REGT, FT Hood, TX: Hello.**My name is Kristy Paulson.**I am 18 in the Army National Guard as well as a first year ROTC cadet.**I am thinking about becomin a Chaplain after college and seminary and going Regular Army.**Are there any female Chaplains out there that can kindof tell me what to expect and what it is like.**Either post a message or email me at kpaulson@hotmail.com or kpaul916@uwsp.edu**ThanksCadet SSG Paulson
