This has been a difficult choice for me and I have a few questions . . .

I am a SPC, with a promotion packet in for E-5, I have been in the Reserves for just over 2 yrs and am a 51B, Carpentry and Masonry Specialist.

I also have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and am considering going back for my Masters. Several people feel I should become a CO or WO and I am interested in it, but have yet to find some real answers about additional service commitments and training involved.

Any comments welcome!!!

Here is a website that provides detailed information on becoming a warrant and commissioned officer: http://www.army.mil/usar/ar-perscom/arpercom.htm
