searching for a friend

I am looking for a friend of mine who joined the army in the fall of 1995 and trained at the language school in Monterey, CA. She studied Arabic. Her name when she joined was Meagan Bennett, and she got married. Her married name is Jalbert. It has been nearly 3 years since I have heard anything from her. Her last address was in Texas. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!!
