Once there go down to the 600 series - Personnel - General. Click on that. A list of Regulations will come up. Look for AR 600-9, the Army Weight Control Program. In that regulation you will find all the body fat, height and weight requirements that the Army goes by.

Hi Chanda! I'm sure there is somewhere on the internet that can provide the PT (physical training) standards. Sorry, I do not know that address. Hopefully somebody will provide it! Although, I do have the weight requirements listed in a booklet I received last month at MEPS. I would be more than happy to provide you with the weight requirments listed in this booklet. I need to know your height and age. If you'd like, go ahead and e-mail me directly.
