I have gone through the State and we are all getting paternity tests done, I really don't think a lawyer would be neccesary, I am thinking of going through the Inspector General, i am a former Army brat, and I know as long as you have a name, and a SSN#, I can nail him.

The IG is for investigation. In order to garnish his pay you have to go through the courts.
