We do not collect or use any online contact information or identifiable off-line contact information about a child without parental consent. We do not distribute personally identifiable information about children without parental consent. We do not give children the authorization to post or distribute personal information without prior consent. We do not entice children with games or contests that would encourage them to disclose personal information. Children under the age of 18 need to have the consent of a authorized guardian while viewing our site.
Opt Out/Opt In
MilitaryWoman.org allows users to opt out of receiving e-mail from us or our partners. To opt out of our mailing list you can send e-mail to be removed via our online helpdesk.

Refund Policy: MilitaryWoman.org does not offer any type of refunds once membership is purchased.
Late Payments If at any time, your hosting payments become past due, you will receive a notification via email (to the most recently updated email address on file) with instructions on rectifying the situation. Please note that MilitaryWoman.org holds the right to deny access to and/or de-activate accounts hosted on our servers of which have unpaid past due balances.
Accounts 15 days past due will incur a $10.00 USD late fee. In the event that your scheduled charge is denied and we are unable to contact you, then the aforementioned fees to enable your account shall apply. Monthly installments will incur for the entire duration services are rendered and you remain subscribed to until you submit proper cancellation of the account. Any debt not paid will be forwarded to a collections agency and the necessary fees will be applied. Please address any questions regarding payment to our billing department via our Helpdesk.
Accounts not paid within 30 days from billing date, will be closed.
In the event that a client issues a chargeback or reversal of charges without first following the above cancellation policy, the customer will be responsible for a $50.00 billing service fee.
Cancellations of accounts pre-paid for on a monthly basis will not receive a credit/refund for the remainder of the billing period, Cancellations of accounts pre-paid on a yearly basis will only receive a pro-rated credit, not a refund, based on the monthly rate of the same hosting plan, where any applicable credits will be issued to the client account and can be used to purchase other services/products by client at anytime. All add-on service payments are non-refundable as they are included only during the life of the hosting plan. If for any other reason your account becomes suspended and remains suspended it will be deleted after a 30-day period.
Militarywoman.org, makes no endorsement, claims, or promises regarding the services offered by our customers and will not be held liable for any disputes or claims against said customers. In no event shall Militarywoman.org be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and exemplary damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising from the use or performance of a customer web site or from any information, services or products provided through a customer web site. If there is questionable content on any server in our network, we will not take any action against any material or action until the website is brought to our attention by emailing our abuse department via our helpdesk.
Server Abuse – Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a MilitaryWoman.org server or subscriber of MilitaryWoman.org is strictly prohibited including, but not limited to:
Logging into a server or account that you are not authorized to access
Accessing data or taking any action to obtain services not intended for you or your use
Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system, subsystem or network
Tampering, hacking, modifying, or otherwise corrupting or breaching security or authentication measures without proper authorization
Transmitting material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots or other computer programming routines or engines with the intent or effect of damaging, destroying, disrupting or otherwise impairing a computer’s functionality or the operation of the System
Interfering with, intercepting or expropriating any system, data or information
Interfering with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, by means of overloading, “flooding,” “mail bombing,” or “crashing” any computer system
Content
All services provided by MilitaryWoman.org are to be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or Local law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, material that jeopardizes national security, or material protected by trade secret or other laws. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MilitaryWoman.org., from any claims resulting from the subscriber’s use of MilitaryWoman.org services which damages the subscriber or any other party.
Examples of prohibited content or links include (but are not limited to):
IRC Software
Pirated software
Hacking sites, programs or archives
Warez Sites
Distribution of music files or any other material in which the account holder does not own the copyright.
MilitaryWoman.org will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Content that does not meet these standards will be removed without prior notice to the subscriber.
Scheduled Maintenance and Downtime
MilitaryWoman.org will use its commercially reasonably efforts to provide services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Subscriber acknowledges that from time to time the services may be inaccessible or inoperable for various reasons, including periodic maintenance procedures or upgrades (”Scheduled Downtime”); or service malfunctions, and causes beyond MilitaryWoman.org control or which are not reasonably foreseeable by MilitaryWoman.org, including the interruption or failure of telecommunications or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks, or network congestion or other failures.
Any violation of MilitaryWoman.org Terms of Service Agreement shall result in no refund.
These Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between the subscriber and MilitaryWoman.org
By opening an account, the subscriber agrees to the above-stated terms.
Anything not listed in the Terms of Service is open to interpretation and change by MilitaryWoman.org administrators without prior notice.
Any violation of these Terms of Service will result in termination of the account. MilitaryWoman.org maintains the right to terminate accounts without prior notification.
We reserve the right to remove any account with 15 days prior notice.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute between Militarywoman.org and a subscriber shall be determined by arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association pursuant to its commercial arbitration rules. The arbitrator shall decide any dispute in accordance with Florida law, without the application of choice of law principles. Each party shall bear its own expenses and legal fees for the arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in West Palm Beach County, Florida, unless both parties agree in writing to a different location. The arbitration award is enforceable as a judgment of any court having proper jurisdiction.
