    if i wanted to join the army now will they allow...

    if i wanted to join the army now will they allow me to give up rights and still join or will i not be able to do it anymore?
    what are my options?

    if i am a single parent and i want to join the army reserve and my mother will take temp custody of my child can i join? if not what are my other options other than getting married.... i want to join...
