Thomas Platte, director, Hessian Construction Managment hands the symbolic first key to brand-new Army housing in Wiesbaden's Col. James R. Newman Village housing area to Col. D. Peter Helmlinger, commander of the Europe District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in a ceremony in Wiesbaden, Germany, June 14. The key was then presented to the village's first occupants, Sgt.
